[মডারেট-লিবারেল হিজাবি টাইপদের কাছে করার মত প্রশ্ন] 

 1. স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় মহিলারা জামায়াতে ইমামতি করতে পারবে?

2. আযান দেওয়া নেকীর কাজ—তো কোন নারী সাহাবিয়্যাত বা নারী তাবেয়ীন কখনো দিয়েছে?

ক] কোন হাদীসে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আছে নারীর মুয়ায্যিন হওয়াতে?

খ] নারী সালাফেরা কেন মুয়ায্যিন হওয়ার জেদ করেননি? আর করলে প্রমান কি? 

3. খলিফা হতে পারবে কি না—কোন হাদীসে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আছে? 

ক] আর আমি খিলাফাতের হেড—খলিফা হওয়ার কথা বলছি—কোন ইমারাতের প্রধান না।  

4. পুরুষদের দাসীর সাথে সেক্স জায়েয—নারীদের ক্রীতদাসের সাথে জায়েজ না কিসের ভিত্তিতে? 

ক] নির্দিষ্ট করা না হলে কুরানিক হুকুম নারী-পুরুষের জন্য সেইম না?  

খ] অধিকন্তু হারাম হওয়ার জন্য আয়াত লাগে, হালাল প্রমানিত হওয়ার জন্য না। তা নারীদের পুরুষ দাসীদের সাথে সেক্স হারামের দলীল কি?  

গ] রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের মৃত্যুর পরে উম্মাতুল মুমিনিনদের বিয়ে হারাম ছিল—

5. পুরুষদের জন্য বহুবিবাহ জায়েয—নারীদের বহুবিবাহ জায়েজ না কিসের ভিত্তিতে? 

ক] নির্দিষ্ট করা না হলে কুরানিক হুকুম নারী-পুরুষের জন্য সেইম না? 

খ] 

6. পুরুষেরা নারীদের সাথে এনাল সেক্স হারাম, কিন্তু এর উল্টোও যে হারাম এর প্রমান কি? লাইক নারীরা কিসের ভিত্তিতে পুরুষ সঙ্গীকে পেনিট্রেট করতে পারবে না?

ক] পুরুষের জন্য হারাম হওয়া নারীদের বিষয়েও খাটবে কোন উসুলের ভিত্তিতে? যেমন: নারীদের জন্য স্পেসিফিকলি কিছু হারাম হওয়া মানে তো পুরুষদের জন্য হারাম না নেসেসারিলি। এখানে নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রমানিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত নারীদের জন্য pegging জায়েজ?

7. নারীরা জিহাদে অংশ নিয়েছেন — পুরুষেরা যখন পালিয়ে যায় তখন নারী সাহাবীরা রাসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে সুরক্ষা দেন লিটারেলি কম্ব্যাট করেছেন, আহতদের চিকিৎসা দিয়েছেন etc। তো প্রশ্ন—

ক] জিহাদ বহুত নেকির কাজ—নারীদের জন্য জিহাদ হিসাবে হজ্জকে গণ্য করা হয়েছে কেন?

খ] "নারীরাও জিহাদ করতে পারবে, ওদের সুবিধার জন্য হজ্জকে ওদের জিহাদ বলা হয়েছে"— 

8. বউ পিটানো—স্পেসিফিক সেক্সওয়াইজ এই নিয়ম কেন? অন্যান্য আইন তো ঠিকই সেক্স নিউট্রাল (লাইক একে ওপরকে ভালোবাসা, সম্মান করা vice versa) কিন্তু স্বামীরাই " শুধুমাত্র" কেন স্পাউজকে (i.e. wife) ফিজিকালি শাসন করতে পারবে?

ক] ইসলামে বউ পিটানোর স্পেসিফিক কন্ডিশন আছে—

ওয়াইফের মধ্যে স্পেসিফিক হারাম দেখা

পিটানো [যেটা কিনা লিবারেলদের মতে পিটানো না, আলাদা হয়ে যাওয়া (তালাক আরকি)] 

অর্থাৎ প্রসিডিউর আছে। রাগের মাথায় যেকোন টপিকে পিটানো না। প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে—এইটা কি শুধু পুরুষদের জন্য খাস কেন? চার ওয়াইফ আর দাসী বাদে সেক্সুয়াল সীমালঙ্ঘনে নারীরা কেন স্বামীদের পিটাতে পারবে না?

খ]  ইসলামের ইতিহাসে এত অথরেটিভ নারী—উনারা কি কেই পুরুষতান্ত্রিক(!) ইসলামের বাধা ভেঙ্গে এই সিদ্ধান্তে পৌছেছে? না পৌছেলে কেন নয়? 

– উনাদের কি আজকের মডারেটদের মত বুদ্ধি ছিল না? 

– আমার প্রদত্ত ফ্রেইমওয়ার্কে সমস্যা আছে?

– নারী পারসোনালিটিরা কি নিজেরাই পুরুষতান্ত্রিক ছিল  

9. আকরাম নাদাভীর ৪৩ খণ্ড বইয়ে প্রায় ১০০০০ নারী অথরেটিভ পারসোনালিটির আলোচনা আসছে—good for you— 

Obedience in what exactly? 

01. Imagine a wife has a beautiful & stylish dress that attracts people's attention, but the dress is not revealing, indecent. But if she wears it men will look back twice, make comments among themselves. Now, can her husband LEGALLY command her dress something else? Is she obliged to obey? 

(a) she is not wearing haram 

So, can husband prohibit something halal, but he is uncomfortable/insecure about? 

If not then,

What is the underlying meaning of the hadith that says don't let strangers enter ur house whom husband disapproves? What's wrong with letting enter (disapproved) strangers if there isn’t anything haram? 

02. Can a husband LEGALLY prohibit her wife to spend a night/week/month outside in unknown place?

(a) Does he have rights to know about her personal life? 

03. Is there a single thing women legally have to do  that is not EXPLICITLY MENTIONED LEGAL OBLIGATION? 

Is she your slave, bro? 

01. If he demands to have seggs in certain sexual position, does she have to obey? Given that the position isn’t uncomfortable or harmful to the wife? You know, she just doesn’t want to do it? 

(a) now is she a slave (in this matter at least) that she must obey her husband? 

(b) or technically she doesn’t have a single sexual obligation towards you, right? if she says 'no' without proper cause (which is here simply arbitrary conditions) then there cannot be any LEGAL OBLIGATIONS in the first place. 

(c) but if u argue that she MAY have to obey her husband (given it’s not haram act or harmful) then u r saying that she is his slave? If not, then she must have the right to refuse any sexual act at some point due to any made up reason? Thus the husband has not sexual right WHATSOEVER over his spouse. 

(d) "but marriage is a consensual, loving bonding between spouses"— okay, then it point (b). There cannot be any LEGAL OBLIGATIONS in the first place. It happens to be ur desire & duty overlapped. Legal obligations by definition goes against the mutual consent. Obligation means duty. 

(e) 'Husband has sexual rights but she doesn’t have to obey everything'— yeah maybe but this also ends with point (b) and (d). there cannot be any LEGAL OBLIGATIONS in the first place.  Since any reason can be a valid reason for her (how are u going to feelings) to disagree with the husband's decision, leading to nullifying the rule. It’s basically, 

Person 1 must obey anything Person 2 commands, 

but Person 1 is the one to decide what Person 2 can command. 

Guess who is actually deciding.
